Encrypted private portal networks won't break the bank for small firms

OakPortals.com provides encrypted, private portal websites that can be used by anyone with a concern about security & privacy with email and web site search engines, etc. in transferring and communicating information.

"What's unique about Oak Portals is the ease of use and set up," says Wendy Brabon, co-founder (www.BrabonJustice.com), a website design and development firm in the Rochester, N.Y. area. "We kept it very straightforward without a lot of steps." While similar sites can be cost prohibitive, Brabon and her team designed Oak Portals to be affordable for any small to medium size business, association, educational system, or non-profit.

"We already had the infrastructure built out with our SiteBrandBuilder.com product which delivers powerful websites immediately and supports next generation technology," says Brabon. "As an example, a CPA with 100 clients can set up an account with us, upload a database of clients, and the site instantly sets up secure encrypted pages for each client and sends them each a unique password." Once the pages are done, a CPA can download key personal documents and leave personal messages for each unique client. The client can then log in securely and view information, look for notes from their accountant and respond using a message board. In addition, they can upload their own personal Excel documents, QuickBooks, etc. Each client has their own secure, private, encrypted page.

Ray Justice, Brabon's partner in Brabon Justice LLC, sees many uses for OakPortals.com in other areas such as health care, law enforcement, real estate, law practices, to sales, research and development and more.

"When you think about it, anyone that wants to share private information with their client or customer, build relationships and communicate securely - this is a great product," Justice says. The company also offers a knowledge database to answer all of the client's questions, videos for instant training, along with training and educational webinars.
